Approval & Documentation
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your items in the original packaging to ensure the handmade wood finishes are protected during transit.
Inspection & Refund
After our workshop inspects the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
