What materials are MasayaCo products made from?
We pride ourselves on sustainability. Our furniture is handcrafted using reforestation timber, primarily solid teak and mahogany, and completed with hand-woven manila cord or natural leather.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard lead times for our furniture range from 8 to 12 weeks. This allows our artisans in Nicaragua to handcraft each piece and ensures safe international transit to your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding shipping to other countries, please contact our customer service team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Is assembly required for your chairs and tables?
Most of our signature seating, including our rocking chairs and dining chairs, arrives fully assembled. Larger dining tables or beds may require light assembly; detailed instructions and hardware are included.
How do I care for my wood and woven furniture?
To maintain the beauty of the wood, we recommend dusting with a soft cloth and using a wood-safe oil annually. For woven cords, a damp cloth with mild soap is sufficient for spot cleaning.
